VENEER EDGE GRINDING MACHINE:
This machine is a new type of angle grinder independently developed by Qingdao Xinqi Machinery Co., Ltd. to produce high-grade plywood. The machine adopts a new form of thick rubber block track conveying core plate, the grinding system can rotate, and the grinding angle, width and thickness can be adjusted conveniently. The feeding port adopts the conveyor belt to transport the core plate and has a positive plate system, which can automatically correct the core plate placed on the conveyor belt and enter the grinding system, and the discharging port conveyor belt is connected with the plate. The electric control unit can monitor the number of core plate operation, alarm the overload of conveying system and grinding system and stop the machine automatically to ensure the safety of personal machine. The operation is convenient and the monitoring is intuitive, which fully meets the process and quality requirements of the core plate oblique grinding.
The machine has single side oblique grinding and half flat grinding of core plate (grinding width and thickness and angle are stable and adjustable), and the grinding edge automatically rolls and cuts into a straight line, which completely solves the defect of insufficient splicing strength of plywood core plate, overcomes many disadvantages of lamination and scattered seam, saves labor and greatly improves production efficiency.
